INSURANCE & PAYMENT POLICY
At Anew Integrative, we’re committed to making holistic care accessible and transparent.
While we are currently an out-of-network provider, many of our patients are able to receive partial reimbursement for their treatments through their insurance plans.
Do You Take Insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly at this time. However, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Many insurance companies offer out-of-network acupuncture benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance provider directly and ask the following questions:
Does my plan cover out-of-network acupuncture?
Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?
How many visits are covered per year?
Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
What percentage of the visit cost will be reimbursed?
Please note, superbills are uploaded to the patient portal and may take 1-2 weeks to process.
Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Acupuncture and herbal medicine consultations are generally eligible expenses under most FSA and HSA plans. We are happy to provide itemized receipts for your records.
